At Stetson Square, Orozco Contracting is managing full-unit renovations to modernize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Our work begins with careful preparation — shutting off and securing water lines, preserving reusable components, and safely removing cabinets, vanities, and appliances.

Once units are cleared, we handle structural adjustments where needed, patch and paint all surfaces, and install new cabinetry, vanities, lighting, and electrical devices. Stainless appliances and select fixtures are reused, while all new appliances are delivered and installed to complete the upgrade.
